The project offers 78 luxurious abodes in four wings over 13 floors with two 4/5 BHK apartments on each level. ZDPL entered into an agreement with Samir Narain Bhojwani to jointly develop the said property. As per the agreement both the parties are entitled to 50% of the free sale area. We expect to receive the CC by October 2014 and construction to begin by November 2014.
